HPL Technologies is a provider of complete solutions for laser coatings. Originally launched with the aim of industrially marketing WECODUR technology for brake disk coatings, HPL Technologies now serves other fields of application such as plain bearing coatings or hard material coatings for rollers. The product and service portfolio includes process and coating system development, services as a contract coater for small and large series, production and application expertise, the manufacture of production systems and components as well as support during the ongoing production process. HPL Technologies combines exceptional expertise in technology development, mechanical and plant engineering and automation technology.

The technological principles of high-speed coating were developed at RWTH Aachen University and by the Fraunhofer ILT. We will continue to work closely with these partners on the further development of the coating systems in the future. The precision grinding technology required for finishing is provided by a well-known German company in this field.
